Andy Styck
CEO / President
Andy Styck founded Purpose Funding in 2005 which over the last 12 years has funded about $2 billion in loans. He has hired and trained over 200 employees. Andy would say his greatest accomplishment is his 15 year old daughter Faith and his 18 year marriage with his beautiful wife Yamy.
Brian Carson
VP Operations
Brian Carson is Purpose Funding’s Vice President of Operations reporting to CEO Walter Andrew Styck. Since 2013 he has overseen Purpose Funding’s loan pipeline, customer service and support, and employee training and management. He is also overseeing the company’s expansion into new markets, and is driving the company’s charitable initiatives. Brian joined Purpose Funding in 2009 as an admin assistant and in 2013 was named Operations Manager. In 2016 was named Vice President Operations. Brian played a key role in Purpose Funding’s technological innovations, streamlining of their loan process, and addition of new loan products. In 2016, he began leading the Nationwide Expansion project.
Bill Goocher
Sales Manager
Bill Goocher is an original member of Purpose Funding when we opened our doors in 2005. Bill is currently a real estate broker and licensed loan agent in the State of California. In the real estate industry, Bill has over 15-years of experience as an owner of a mortgage company, partner in multiple building projects, owner of a real estate company, and owner of a small media company. Bill has always taken an innovative and caring approach towards his clients. Bill loves working with people, and It is not uncommon for Bill to hear things such as: “You changed my life by helping me with my finances.” For Bill, this business will be a life-long experience/career. As a triathlete, Bill understands the importance of working hard. This is one of his favorite quotes, from legendary football coach, Paul Bear Bryant: It’s not the will to win that matters – everyone has that. It’s the will to prepare to win that matters.
Michael Styck
Broker
Michael started with Purpose Funding as a loan agent from 2006-2012 while pursuing an education is the accounting/bookkeeping. Michael proved to be a great asset in this field and was promoted to Senior Staff Accountant. Along with the responsibility of being accountable for business financial needs, Michael also works closely with the Principles of the company to insure a smooth process for continuing success. Michael Styck is the Broker in standing.

Aaron Pecotte

Aaron Pecotte has been in the mortgage industry since 2004. As a wholesale representative for a National Mortgage Lender he developed relationships with brokers from all over the United States. This position afforded the opportunity for Aaron to become well versed in credit and underwriting guidelines. As a Senior Loan Officer at Purpose Funding he has been able to utilize his wholesale background by educating his clients making the loan process as transparent and understanding as possible.
Art Costello III
Loan Officer
Art is a Mortgage Consultant focused on educating his clients and providing superior customer service. In addition to his extensive knowledge of Refinance & Purchase loans, Art has also become the Reverse Mortgage Specialist for Purpose Funding. Fun Fact: Prior to working for Purpose Funding, Art was a client himself and chose Purpose Funding to help with his Refinance. When not working, you can catch Art relaxing with his wife, Mary, and son, Arthur IV.
Michael Trecek
Loan Officer
Michael joined Purpose Funding in early 2016 as a Sr. Loan Officer and by early 2017 he was named the Veterans Division Manager. He plays a key role in making the VA loan process go smooth as well as any unique questions pertaining to the VA he is able to have a quick response. Michael has a total of 5 years of loan experience from Conventional, to FHA, and VA loan programs. With his professionalism and attention to detail, he is one of the key roles within Purpose Funding.
Austin Dimmler

Austin Dimmler, a highly sought after agent, joined the Purpose Funding team in 2016. Austin has more than 8 years experience in the Real Estate business & has been a top producer for the company since day one, as he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience. His elite team has over 30 years in the mortgage industry specializing in educating clients throughout the process and getting loans closed efficiently. Austin also has dual degrees in business and psychology, with two minors in real estate and finance, from the prestigious Chapman University.
Nick Wheeler

Nick Wheeler is a licensed loan officer, with a passion for assisting others. Nick has worked in sales for 6+ years. He is great with people, an excellent communicator, easy to work with, and always puts his customers' needs first. He is excited to continue his journey in the mortgage and real estate industry, helping others and expanding his business.
Laura Ortiz

Laura Ortiz is Purpose Funding Loan Coordinator reporting to Vice President Brian Carson. Laura started with company over a year ago, as a customer service representative and within a few months was named Jr. Processor of the entire company. Laura’s job specifically is to start new files as well as work on approvals as they come in, she is also in charge of verifying employment with human resources department and update the company loan pipeline that’s needed. Her proficiency in this skill helps provide a smooth loan start to funding process for Purpose Funding.
Candace Ward

Candace came to work for Purpose Funding in June of 2015 with over 15 years in the Mortgage industry. She has brought with her a vast knowledge of experience and has proven to be a great asset to the company. Candace is also the personal assistant to the owner of Purpose Funding Andy Styck.
Devin Clardy
Loan Processor
My career began as a personal/administrative assistant to a loan officer. Based on my organization methods, attention to details, and other skill sets, I quickly became a professional assistant completing mortgage tasks and responsibilities. After 5 years’ experience with home loans, I transitioned into a position as a processor at the start of 2016. Since then, I have enjoyed and excelled in effectively communicating with lenders, title and escrow officers, real estate agents, co-workers, and clients. I take pride in doing all I can to make an applicant’s process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Elizabeth Patton

Elizabeth is one of the original staff members that was with us when we opened our doors in 2005. She started with us as the Executive Assistant to the CFO of the company and has continued to grow with us throughout the years. Elizabeth has worn many hats within the company and now holds the position is Senior Loan Processor and she continues to help grow our business with the help of her outstanding support team.
Tori Lehman
Loan Processor
Tori Lehman came to Purpose Funding in 2015 as an Assistant Processor. She has since been promoted to Processor. She negotiates loans between the Loan officers, Lenders, and Escrow Officers, as well as underwrites files before they are sent to the bank for accuracy. Tori also maintains client relationships and records. She has shown exceptional understanding of the loan process in her short time with the company and continues to take on more responsibility.
Felix Guillen
Sr. Loan Coordinator
se habla español Felix has been with Purpose Funding since 2014. He started his own Real Estate Firm in 2000 and eventually came on board with Purpose Funding as one of our Sr. Loan Coordinators. He has overseen the training and management of other Loan Coordinators as well as contributed to our growth strategy throughout California. Before changing his career to Real Estate Felix was a Competitive Soccer Player for many years in the United States as well as Mexico. When he is not working he is spending time with his daughter.
